Entering the Lithuanian market has been an important and long-awaited step in our expansion plans. The preparation process took longer than expected, as we had set ourselves two major goals and also had to deal with an unforeseen challenge. The first goal was to ensure that the launch in Lithuania would happen with a solution that local businesses and accountants could use immediately, without any limitations. To achieve this, we adapted our software to the specifics of the Lithuanian market, integrating the local chart of accounts, balance sheet, income statement, and VAT declaration.

The second goal was to streamline our internal operations – we optimized and automated our systems to make future expansions into foreign markets even smoother and faster. Thanks to these improvements, we are now ready to look even further and are open to expanding into new markets. However, one challenge we did not anticipate was that creating a new website took longer than expected. It was a major hurdle, and we made some questionable decisions along the way, but in the end, we successfully overcame it.
